This art piece blends tradition with contemporary expression through the Chinese character 心, meaning “heart,” rendered in bold, fluid brushstrokes that evoke movement, emotion, and inner strength. The vibrant red accent adds a touch of warmth and vitality, symbolising passion and the life force within. More than a symbol of emotion, 心 represents the inner compass that guides us through life - reminding us to lead with compassion, embrace sincerity, and find the courage to follow our hearts.
Designed as a tabletop version, this piece brings an intimate touch of artistry and meaning to desks, shelves, or bedside tables, serving as a daily reminder to stay connected to the values that matter most.
