1. Where can I view the paintings:
Most of the paintings are at my home (@West Coast). Some of them are exhibited at Serenity Art Gallery or at a restaurant (@Buona Vista). Feel free to reach out if you are keen to view!

2. How does commissioning work?
- If you are looking for an artwork specially curated for you, feel free to reach out! You can share your creative input such as colour scheme, subject matter, sizing and style, and I will assist you into developing the works you desire.
- Any commissioning work will command an additional 30%.
- An upfront payment of 35% to be made, and the balance to be paid upon collection of the artwork.
- Time frame: 2 to 4 weeks

3. Do I need to frame the paintings:
All my art pieces are painted on stretched canvases, which means that you are able to hang them up without any additional framing required. However, some of my collectors do request to add additional frame to fit with the décor of their homes (additional framing charges apply). It all depends on what you prefer! 

4. What are the shipping charges within Singapore?
- Free delivery for orders above SGD100. 
- For orders below SGD100, shipping cost of SGD10 applies (tracked deliveries).

5. When will delivery be arranged for orders within Singapore?
- After the order is placed (for paintings), I will be contacting you the next working day to arrange for a suitable date & time for delivery. All paintings orders will be hand-delivered. For smaller items (wearable art & prints), delivery will be made by tracked postage.

6. I am residing outside Singapore. How much are the shipping charges for international shipping? 
- Please contact me directly at info@paintzbygale.com if you are keen to purchase my work and need international shipping. Charges vary depending on location and weight of the item(s).
